You meet the eligibility requirements for priority groups if the following apply:A small business concern that is at least 51 percent owned by one of more individuals who are women, or veterans, or socially and economically disadvantaged Socially disadvantaged individuals are those who have been subjected to racial or ethnic prejudice or cultural bias because of their identity as a member of a group without regard to their individual qualities.Economically disadvantaged individuals are those socially disadvantaged individuals whose ability to compete in the free enterprise system has been impaired due to diminished capital and credit opportunities as compared to others in the same business area who are not socially disadvantaged. FLORIDA – Restaurants, bars, food trucks and other food and beverage industry businesses can apply for economic relief starting Monday to help with any losses they may have had during the pandemic.As part of the American Rescue Plan, the Restaurant Revitalization Fund allows eligible businesses to apply for up to $10 million for pandemic-related revenue loss and no more than $5 million per physical location.The funds do not have to be paid back as long as those funds are used by March 2023.Click here to access a grant application.
