first_imgElite triathletes James Cunnama and Jodie Swallow have signed with South African based nutrition company 32Gi in a three year deal. The pro athletes will be using 32Gi nutrition products as they tackle the demanding tri season ahead.(Coincidentally, both long distance triathletes have also recently signed deals with Utah-based ENVE Composites to ride with ENVE wheels and components in 2014.)James has his sights firmly set on the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, and he is confident 32Gi can help him in his quest. “I am really excited to be working with 32Gi in 2014 and beyond,” he said. “I love the product and that the company has its roots in South Africa while it expands globally.”James will be hoping to better his fourth-place finish at the 2013 Ironman World Championships – South Africa’s best-ever position at the race. During 2014 he will be honing his form with appearances at the Abu Dhabi Triathlon and Germany’s Challenge Roth, as well as Ironman and long distance races.Jodie Swallow will be building on a successful long distance debut year in 2013, where she won Ironman Sweden, and placed second twice (Ironman Port Elizabeth and Ironman Frankfurt).
